Solutions to Quiz Problems

We recently performed updates to the School of the Spirit e-learning software. It is possible that your web browser is still holding some bits and pieces of the old version in its cache, which are causing a conflict.

If you are running into trouble completing quizzes, here are some options…

First, try refreshing the quiz page

A “Hard Refresh” is the most effective. Use these keyboard combinations:

Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R

Try a different browser

Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are both pre-installed on Windows 10 computers. Other great options are Google Chrome or Firefox.

If you’d prefer not to switch browsers, you could try following the instructions at this link to fully clear your browser cache.

Try a different device

You should be able to use any desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone to access the site and complete the quizzes. If it’s not working on one device, it will likely work properly on another!

Manually mark it completed

If you still cannot get past the quiz, we can manually mark it as completed so you can continue with your course. Send an email to josh@cluonline.com to request this.
