Hi Kristen, I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling, these feelings of regret and shame. I am sure these are not feelings that the Holy Spirit wants you to feel, as even though we are convicted sometimes, through His infilling He dusts us off from anything that the enemy might put on us.

I would encourage you to journal the above question with the Holy spirit and see what He says. I am sure it will be life giving and will fill you with peace and hope. Feel free to post your journaling on this group as it is encouraging for others to hear God’s words of love speak to everyone.
