Thanks Mr Mark. I just finished lesson 5. I was sick. Reading your answer about righteous/unrighteous anger click in my head. I was sick then I got mad kept myself mad for few days. I noticed I was feeling worse instead getting better. Now, I’m determined on not to go to sleep being anger. I’m determined to live out of Phili 4:8. Thanks!

Thanks Dr. M. Virkler. Now I’m going to start lesson 3. It so amazing how He -Jesus keeps feeling my heart with more hope for me -to be more like Him as I’m in this journey. He keeps telling me I’m not alone He is just here with me to help and teach me. I’m exciting that one day I’ll be celebrating that day: my heart full of hope, faith and love!
